Whether you have changed your mind or experienced an adverse reaction, our process is designed to be as ethical and straightforward as our ingredients.

Return Process

  Log into your online account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks, and include your original packing slip or printed return label.

  Ship via Carbon-Neutral Carrier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend choosing carbon-neutral shipping options where available.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
